LEGAL / TERMS

Terms of Use

Public legal terms for TEMIRIN customers, visitors, active users, teams, and workspace administrators, covering account access, data handling, billing, jurisdictional limits, risk controls, and user responsibilities.

EffectiveAugust 24, 2026Document version: terms-2026-08-24Research, paper orders, and any enabled live-order workflow remain subject to workspace roles, plan limits, legal eligibility, geofencing, provider availability, risk controls, and account kill switches.
1. Binding agreement

These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Temirin for the public website, authenticated workspace, source monitoring, evidence briefs, market review records, trigger-price context, public-wallet portfolio views, alerts, decision journals, approval records, paper orders, controlled live-order transmission, billing, team controls, support workflows, and compliance screens.

By visiting the website, creating or accessing an account, accepting an invitation, starting a trial, paying for a plan, connecting a wallet or third-party service, submitting a request, clicking an acknowledgement, or otherwise using Temirin, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Risk Disclosure, and any additional terms presented in checkout, onboarding, order forms, product notices, provider screens, or plan-specific terms.

If you use Temirin on behalf of a company, fund, desk, DAO, partnership, employer, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. References to "you" include both the individual user and the organization using the Services.

2. Definitions

"Services" means Temirin products, websites, software, APIs, dashboards, workspaces, support operations, documentation, content, analytics, and related services.

"Workspace" means the authenticated environment where users manage sources, evidence, watchlist market review records, alerts, public-wallet context, approval records, investment policies, paper orders, notes, billing, roles, compliance, support, and settings.

"Market review record" means a workspace record that may connect watchlist market context, stored evidence, confidence, trigger price, current price, policy state, blocked reasons, and a saved user decision.

"Approval record" means a durable record of a requested or completed review decision. An approval record does not by itself place or authorize a venue order; a separate authenticated review and transmission action is required.

"Prediction-market activity" means researching, monitoring, entering, modifying, cancelling, closing, hedging, settling, or otherwise interacting with prediction markets, event contracts, conditional tokens, CLOB orders, wallets, venues, or related records.

"Connected services" means third-party services such as Polymarket, blockchain RPC providers, wallet providers, Nuvei, email providers, Telegram, X, Slack, RSS feeds, websites, analytics providers, status providers, support tools, and similar systems.

3. Temirin role and product scope

Temirin is a Polymarket opportunity operating system and workflow software for source ingestion, evidence review, watchlist market context, trigger-price memory, public-wallet portfolio context, alerting, paper and controlled live-order workflows, approval records, journals, and subscription-governed workspace controls.

Temirin is not a broker, dealer, futures commission merchant, introducing broker, commodity trading advisor, investment adviser, exchange, swap execution facility, designated contract market, clearinghouse, prediction market, gambling operator, custodian, money transmitter, payment institution, bank, law firm, tax adviser, accounting firm, market maker, issuer, counterparty, or fiduciary.

Temirin does not operate Polymarket or any other venue and does not control market availability, market terms, matching, liquidity, pricing, order rejection, geoblocking, settlement, resolution, fees, rewards, tax reporting, withdrawals, deposits, custody, sanctions screening, or user eligibility on any venue.

4. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter a binding contract, and are legally permitted to use the Services and any connected venue under every jurisdiction and rule that applies to you.

You are not eligible to use the Services if you are barred by applicable law, sanctions, export controls, court order, employer policy, venue rule, market rule, contract, fiduciary duty, confidentiality duty, campaign rule, government-ethics rule, or any other obligation that restricts your intended use.

Temirin may refuse, suspend, restrict, geofence, close, or require additional verification for any account, workspace, plan, feature, market, workflow, region, IP address, device, wallet, source, user, or organization when we reasonably believe access may be unlawful, unsafe, prohibited, abusive, risky, inconsistent with these Terms, or harmful to market integrity.

5. Jurisdiction, geofence, and sanctions responsibility

Prediction-market, event-contract, derivatives, commodities, securities, gambling, cryptoasset, payments, tax, sanctions, anti-money-laundering, campaign, government-ethics, employment, and professional-conduct laws differ by country, state, province, residence, citizenship, workplace, funding source, information source, and venue.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to Temirin, your use of any connected service, and your prediction-market activity are lawful and permitted before you use them. Online availability does not mean legal availability.

You may not use VPNs, proxies, relays, remote desktops, false account information, borrowed accounts, altered device signals, or any other method to evade geofencing, sanctions, eligibility, KYC, KYB, venue, or legal restrictions.

Temirin may implement jurisdiction controls, blocked-region rules, close-only behavior, sanctions screening, provider geoblock checks, legal-review gates, kill switches, and manual review. These controls are protective measures only and do not shift legal responsibility away from you.

6. Account registration and authentication

You must provide accurate account, workspace, billing, eligibility, and contact information and keep it current. You are responsible for your email account, devices, wallet, connected accounts, team invitations, sessions, authentication factors, and all activity under your account.

You may not share your account, sell access, impersonate another person, create misleading account information, access another workspace without permission, or bypass authentication, role, billing, plan, or compliance controls.

Temirin may use magic links, session cookies, role permissions, rate limits, audit logs, demo restrictions, passwordless login, and other controls. You must promptly notify us if you believe your account, workspace, email, wallet, or connected service has been compromised.

7. Team workspaces and administrative responsibility

Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for invited users, role assignments, plan limits, billing changes, source configuration, support actions, compliance acknowledgements, and sensitive workflow permissions.

An organization using Temirin is responsible for its users and for maintaining appropriate internal approvals, separation of duties, employee policies, trading policies, source-use policies, recordkeeping practices, and supervision controls.

Temirin audit logs may record workspace actions such as authentication, invitations, role changes, billing events, connector changes, source updates, review decisions, approval responses, support notes, compliance acknowledgements, and paper-order activity. Audit logs support operational review and do not guarantee compliance.

8. No advice and no recommendation

The Services are provided for informational, operational, workflow, and software-management purposes only. Temirin does not provide financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, accounting, compliance, regulatory, insurance, suitability, fiduciary, or professional advice.

Market screens, source evidence, review records, trigger prices, current prices, confidence scores, deterministic evidence briefs, alerts, public-wallet analytics, risk views, paper-order tickets, journal notes, public content, documentation, support responses, onboarding materials, and pricing pages are not recommendations, solicitations, offers, instructions, or endorsements to buy, sell, hold, hedge, open, close, fund, withdraw, or participate in any market.

You remain solely responsible for each decision, non-decision, order, wallet action, connected-service action, tax position, compliance determination, and resulting gain, loss, cost, obligation, or restriction.

9. Deterministic evidence review

Temirin uses deterministic weighted rules to generate evidence briefs from stored source tier, reliability, relevance, freshness, tags, and explicit market IDs. Scores and briefs can be inaccurate, stale, incomplete, misleading, overconfident, or unsuitable for your use.

You must review primary sources, venue rules, market terms, resolution criteria, timestamps, liquidity, fees, your portfolio, your legal eligibility, and your own risk limits before acting. Automated scoring is not a substitute for independent judgment or professional advice.

Source monitoring may include RSS, HTTPS pages, provider-configured Telegram and X items, public market data, and public blockchain data. Sources may be delayed, unavailable, manipulated, deleted, rate-limited, mistranslated, misclassified, or legally restricted.

10. Wallets, keys, and connected credentials

You must never submit private keys, seed phrases, mnemonics, raw wallet secrets, unsupported credentials, or unrestricted secrets to Temirin. Temirin may reject, block, delete, or quarantine such material if detected.

Public-wallet reads and supported connector credentials require specific product screens and security controls. Temirin may store supported scoped CLOB credentials in encrypted server-side storage and transmit an order payload that you separately review and authorize. Temirin must never receive your private key or seed phrase and cannot sign wallet transactions on your behalf.

Public wallet addresses and on-chain data may reveal market activity, balances, positions, timing, counterparties, and other information to anyone who can inspect the same public networks or venue data.

11. Approval records, paper orders, and controlled live orders

Temirin supports paper orders, review decisions, approval records, versioned legal acknowledgements, role checks, stake and free-capital controls, source and category controls, exposure and concentration checks, price guards, geofencing, reconciliation, and account and system kill switches.

Where live execution is explicitly enabled for an eligible account and jurisdiction, Temirin may transmit a supported order to a connected third-party venue only after the authenticated user reviews the exact order, confirms the current legal and risk documents, satisfies pre-trade controls, and provides the provider-required signed authorization. Temirin does not take custody of wallet funds and does not guarantee acceptance, matching, fills, cancellation, settlement, or resolution.

A research record, approval record, policy state, subscription, wallet connection, or saved credential does not by itself authorize transmission. The final review action is order-specific, recorded in the audit ledger, and remains subject to live configuration, role permission, credential health, geofence status, and kill switches.

Paper and live controls can be inaccurate, stale, misconfigured, unavailable, or unsuitable for your needs. A control passing does not mean a market action is safe, profitable, legal, or appropriate. You remain responsible for reviewing the market, token, price, size, side, expiry, fee, balance, allowance, settlement rule, and venue response.

12. Prohibited use

You may not use the Services to violate law, sanctions, export controls, venue rules, market rules, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, confidentiality duties, fiduciary duties, campaign rules, government-ethics rules, employment restrictions, or professional obligations.

You may not use Temirin for fraud, manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, layering, pre-arranged noncompetitive activity, coordinated abuse, market-integrity violations, misuse of material nonpublic information, evasion of geoblocks, scraping that violates provider terms, credential theft, harassment, spam, malware, denial-of-service activity, or security testing without authorization.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, frame, resell, sublicense, benchmark publicly without permission, overwhelm, interfere with, or create a competing product from the Services except as permitted by law or written agreement.

13. Market integrity and restricted information

You must not use Temirin in connection with confidential, classified, embargoed, privileged, employment-sensitive, governmental, corporate, campaign, supplier, customer, newsroom, platform, exchange, venue, or other restricted information unless you have confirmed that your use is lawful, permitted, and consistent with every applicable duty.

If you have direct or indirect influence over an event, outcome, source, platform, market, creator, organization, team, campaign, public figure, process, data release, or resolution source, you are responsible for determining whether participation is prohibited or restricted.

Temirin may investigate, restrict, report, preserve, or disclose records where required or appropriate for market integrity, legal process, provider inquiries, sanctions, security, fraud prevention, or protection of rights and safety.

14. Third-party services and venues

Connected services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, fees, APIs, rate limits, data rights, outages, restrictions, account rules, and eligibility requirements. Your use of those services may create separate obligations between you and the provider.

Temirin is not responsible for third-party acts, omissions, data, market decisions, account suspensions, geoblocks, KYC or KYB outcomes, order rejections, outages, fees, tax forms, rewards, limits, API changes, settlement, resolution, custody, deposits, withdrawals, or losses.

References to Polymarket or any other third-party brand are for interoperability, workflow, or descriptive purposes only and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, agency, partnership, or authorization unless expressly stated in writing.

15. User content and source rights

You are responsible for source URLs, feeds, handles, channels, webhook endpoints, files, notes, tags, alerts, messages, wallet addresses, team invitations, and other content or configuration you submit. You represent that you have all rights, permissions, consents, and legal bases needed to provide and use that material.

You grant Temirin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, analyze, transform, and store your content and connected data as needed to provide, secure, maintain, support, bill, troubleshoot, improve, and enforce the Services.

You may not submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, invasive, malicious, deceptive, restricted, confidential without authority, or harmful content, or content that violates a third-party platform policy.

16. Plans, subscriptions, trials, and billing

Plans may include trial periods, source limits, refresh-frequency limits, watchlist limits, alert destinations, connected-account limits, workspace seats, support level, evidence-brief capacity, paper-workflow features, and role permissions. Plan entitlements may change as the product evolves.

You authorize Temirin and its payment processor to charge fees, taxes, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, add-ons, and usage-based amounts according to the checkout terms, order form, billing portal, or written agreement you accept.

Subscription changes may depend on payment-provider confirmation, webhook delivery, fraud checks, tax calculations, and plan-state synchronization. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information, paying taxes, handling currency conversion, preventing chargebacks, and ensuring that your payment method remains valid.

17. Billing and payment-provider handling

Checkout and payment-card handling are delegated to the payment processor. Temirin may store subscription state, entitlement state, invoice metadata, payment status, and provider identifiers needed to operate billing.

Temirin is not intended to store raw payment-card numbers, CVV codes, private keys, seed phrases, or wallet secrets. Payment providers apply their own terms, fees, delays, limits, reversals, failures, restrictions, and privacy practices.

18. Support, service levels, and communications

Support channels, response targets, onboarding assistance, account reviews, and escalation paths may depend on plan level, availability, issue severity, and operational capacity. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, no service-level commitment is guaranteed.

You consent to receive transactional emails, support replies, security notices, billing notices, product notices, legal updates, alerts you configure, and account-related communications. Marketing communications may be managed through unsubscribe or preference controls where required.

19. Security, availability, and changes

Temirin may modify, suspend, throttle, limit, replace, remove, or discontinue features, plans, APIs, workflows, providers, content, or availability at any time for security, legal, regulatory, provider, market-integrity, performance, operational, or business reasons.

We work to operate a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, real-time delivery, complete data, permanent storage, successful alerts, provider availability, wallet compatibility, API compatibility, or suitability for any purpose.

You are responsible for maintaining independent backups, alternative monitoring, account security, wallet security, and business-continuity procedures for workflows that matter to you.

20. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, interfaces, workflows, documentation, content, trademarks, branding, models, prompts, data organization, and underlying technology, are owned by Temirin or its licensors.

Subject to these Terms and your plan, Temirin grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Services for your internal lawful purposes. No ownership rights are transferred.

Feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by Temirin without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you as the source without permission.

21. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, failed to pay, created risk, abused the product, violated provider rules, triggered security concerns, exposed Temirin or others to legal risk, or used the Services in a harmful manner.

You may stop using the Services at any time and may request export or deletion of account-controlled data as described in the Privacy Policy. Some records may be retained for legal, tax, billing, security, audit, fraud-prevention, backup, dispute, market-integrity, or legitimate business purposes.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination survive, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute provisions, confidentiality, audit, and compliance-related provisions.

22. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Temirin disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, profitability, suitability, security, uninterrupted operation, and error-free operation.

Temirin does not warrant that market data, source data, review records, trigger prices, current prices, deterministic brief output, public-wallet information, prices, probabilities, alerts, approval records, risk analytics, billing status, provider connections, compliance state, paper-order state, or third-party content will be accurate, complete, current, secure, uninterrupted, lawful for you, or suitable for your intended use.

23. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Temirin and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, suppliers, processors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunity, loss of data, market losses, trading losses, wallet losses, settlement losses, provider losses, business interruption, reputational harm, or cost of substitute services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Temirin aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Temirin for the Services during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you did not pay for the Services.

The limitations apply regardless of legal theory and even if a remedy fails its essential purpose, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

24. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Temirin and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, suppliers, processors, and licensors from claims, investigations, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising from your use of the Services, your content, your connected services, your wallet activity, your market activity, your organization, your users, your violation of law or provider rules, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

Temirin may control the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with that defense. You may not settle any claim in a way that imposes obligations on Temirin without written consent.

25. Governing law, disputes, and updates

Your contracting entity is Temirin, with its legal notice address at the address stated in the applicable order form or checkout record. Unless a signed order form or jurisdiction-specific addendum states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the governing law stated in the applicable order form or checkout record, and disputes must be brought in the venue stated in the applicable order form or checkout record, subject to mandatory consumer protections and other non-waivable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date and version. Material changes, including changes affecting live execution, require a new in-product acceptance before the affected feature can be used.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect and the unenforceable provision will be interpreted to best accomplish its lawful purpose.

26. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be sent to legal@temirin.com or to the support contact published on the Temirin website. Legal notices must identify the account, workspace, organization, issue, requested action, and contact information for response.
